We are moving towards the autumn time of year quicker and quicker, but where has the summertime gone in the UK? Well to be truthful, there hasnt really been one this year, we had a little bit of sunshine in June and a smaller one in July. Some people have recently realised that the holiday season has literally dissapeared? Personally to me it seems as though it was never here in the first place. But no need to be too upset as there are plenty more holiday seasons around the corner, so lets take a look at a few.
Christmas Holidays
Probably the largest has to be the Christmas breaks; most people get up to two weeks off of work as well as schools getting the time off. Although it may well be very cold at that time of year, the festive season will make you feel a whole lot warmer.
Halloween and Bonfire Night
There is something magical about these special occasions and it also gives people a lot of time to relax and unwind as the kids are usually off for the half terms breaks, why not take them out to a theme park before they close.
New Year
Although not as great an occasion as Christmas, New Year signals a great start and a fresh chapter in your life. So hopefully you will be able to look forward to the next summer holiday season and will be able to forget the bad one that just passed you by this year.
Also dont forget the numerous long weekends and bank holidays that you will get.
